However, when the resulting site investigation report is submitted to the regulators, it is inevitably returned because it does not address the requirements in the conditions that were set. Further work then needs to be done, delaying the development further and leading to frustration and increased costs.
It is therefore critical that any site investigation carried out addresses the precise requirements set out by the regulator.
