Abricon prepared a Vendor Environmental Due Diligence Audit (VEDDA) report describing and evaluating the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) issues related to the company’s potential interest in site redevelopment.
The work included a pre-audit review, a site reconnaissance and an asbestos assessment. The final report presented a balanced account of EHS compliance and risks summarising likely remedial activities required pre-divestment to maximise asset potential, as well as range estimates for the likely timescale, and the expenditure required for each activity.
