Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Phase 1 and 2 plus support to obtain IPPC authorisation for a company manufacturing electronic components |
Abricon initially carried out a Phase 1 ESA as part of due diligence investigations for the client, who had recently acquired the site.
Subsequently, the new management requested Abricon to assist the company to obtain an IPPC authorisation for its operating processes. An invasive Phase 2 ESA was carried out to enable the client to prepare a baseline contamination report as part of the Site Report required to submit a
permit application.
In addition, Abricon provided assistance to the client to carry out a review of BAT (Best Available Technique) applied at the site to minimise releases to all three environmental media; as support for the IPPC application.
